What language will the tour guide speak during the tour I join?
Yes, we do offer private group tours. Please contact our sales team for more information. We can provide a quote for a private tour based on your group size.
We recommend checking the weather forecast at least a day before your tour. We offer free cancellation and a full refund if you cancel before 12 PM the day before your tour date. We do not accept last-minute cancellations after 12 PM the day before your tour, as we start arranging transport, tour guides, and meal preparations after that time.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require full payment to confirm your booking. However, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least one day before your tour by 12 PM noon. For example, if your tour is on January 2nd, please inform our sales team by 12 PM on January 1st for a full refund. We do not accept cancellations after 12 PM the day before the tour.
