Refund policy

When you make a purchase, it does not automatically confirm your reservation. We will verify and confirm your purchase within 24 hours using the contact method you provided, such as email or any other preferred method of communication. Once you submit your reservation, our cancellation policy is activated. If we are unable to confirm your purchase for any reason, you will receive a full refund without any additional fees. We advise all customers to review the cancellation policy and consider purchasing Travel Insurance.

 

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • If a tour requires a minimum number of participants and is canceled due to not meeting this requirement, affected travelers can choose a full refund or a substitute tour. Note that substitutes may incur additional costs if the new tour is more expensive.
  • Refunds under extenuating circumstances will be determined by the individual tour operator's discretion.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Hotel and tour itineraries are pre-arranged; no-shows on the departure day will not receive refunds.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portions of the tour once it has begun.
  • Airfare included in tours is non-refundable and cannot be changed.
  • Hotel extensions and instant confirmation products (e.g., admission tickets, city passes) are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are applied as follows, based on the time before your scheduled arrival:

  • More than 14 days: 25% of the total price.
  • 14 to 3 days: 50% of the total price.
  • Less than 3 days or no-show: 100% of the total price.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations:

  • We do not accept cancellation requests due to weather conditions such as rain, as our tours typically proceed as planned under such circumstances. Cancellations due to weather will only be considered if there are safety risks, confirmed by official government warnings. In these instances, we will cancel the tour and either provide a full refund or offer the option to reschedule to another date.


Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request. The day of notification and the departure day are excluded from the calculation. For example, if a tour departs on April 4 and we receive the cancellation on April 1, it counts as 2 days prior.

All cancellations must be communicated directly with us, not with tour providers. Refunds for payments made via wire transfer, cash, or check will be issued through a wire transfer, minus any applicable fees.

For credit card refunds, a 6% transaction fee will be deducted. Alternatively, the refund can be credited to your account for future bookings without any transaction fees.

 

How to Cancel Your Reservation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within one to seven business days. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or through voicemail. Direct communication with our customer service via email is necessary to ensure your cancellation is processed.
