• This packages are based on join-in-basis of shared tour guide and coach. Please feel free to contact our sales representative if you like to request a private tour guide or charter coach at a reasonable fee.

• There is an additional charges of RM 30 per pax for outskirt hotels pick-ups (hotels outside of Kota Kinabalu city area).

• Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels due to traffic conditions and location of hotels. Our staffs will confirm the pick up time with you one day before travel date.

• The paragliding activity is strongly dependent on weather conditions. Please be patient in case of lack of wind speed.

• The safety of our guests is our number one priority and any adverse weather conditions are taken into consideration. In the event that the weather is not in our favor, with heavy rain or strong winds, we will have to cancel the ATV and paragliding activities. The package will automatically switch to Transportation-Only and any remaining balance of package fees will be refund back to you.

• If you have purchased the ATV + Paragliding package and one of the activities (either ATV or Paragliding) cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances, the package will be automatically revised to the activity that was conducted and any balance will be refunded accordingly. For instance, if you have purchased the ATV + Paragliding package but were only able to participate in the ATV activity, you will be charged based on the ATV Adventure package fee and the remaining balance will be refunded.

•  All riders are required to read and sign the Liability Waiver Form prior to riding.

• This activity is not recommended for individuals who have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, are pregnant, have undergone recent surgery, or have excessive weight.

• Age 16 years and above. Younger participants not allowed.

• No alcohol consumption before or during the activity.

• Helmet must be worn at all times during activity.

• No excessive speeds You will be responsible for damage to the ATV caused by carelessness and recklessness or violations of the rules.

• No riding in unapproved areas; there are have designated trails to follow.

• The operator reserves the right to withdraw, stop or refuse any rider who does not comply with the rules and regulations. In such circumstances, there shall be no refund.

• 2 person (Double) can ride together on 1 ATV but total weight of 2 person must be 130kg or less.

• All participants are required to read and sign the Liability Waiver Form onsite.

• You can rent a sports camera at the paragliding base for RM50 per camera, which can be used to record your paragliding activity.

• Participants aged below 17 years should be accompanied by parent/guardian.

• Passenger minimum weight 20kg OR maximum weight 85kg.

• Child is able to fly together with a parent/guardian and the pilot - Triple tandem.

  Criteria for triple tandem:

- Child must be between 3-9 years old.

- Child must be less than 20kg.

- Combined weight with parent/guardian must be less than 85kg.

• Land transportation (Seat In Coach), entrance fees, lunch, yogurt ice cream or fresh milk & English/Chinese Speaking Guide.

• ATV single rider or double rider (For ATV packages)

• Paragliding (For Paragliding package)
